Al Ain Business and Logistics Park

With 650,000 square metres of office space, distribution centres, light industrial units, freight forwarding stations and supporting facilities, Al Ain Business and Logistics Park will be perfectly suited for and cater to the needs of air cargo, aerospace, and other related industries.

The first phase of development represents an investment of more than AED 900 million (US $250 million) with the first phase scheduled for completion in Q4 of 2010.

The development is in line with ADAC’s greater development strategy for Al Ain International Airport and the wider demand being created by the emirate’s increasingly diverse economy.

Key benefits of the Logistics Park:

  • Large distribution centres and long term contract leases
  • Warehousing facilities and light industrial units
  • Freight forwarding stations and supporting facilities catering to the needs of air cargo and related industries
  • Direct access to Al Ain International Airport with its cargo facilities and accommodation of speciality freighters
  • Access from four regional sea and airports (Abu Dhabi, Jebel Ali-Dubai, Fujairah and Sohar-Oman)
  • 150kms from Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Sohar
  • Road access by-passes traffic congested routes
