ADIFC provides truly world-class in-flight cuisine to over 30 airlines operating from all ADAC’s airports, including exclusive travel services to private aviation. ADIFC also provides large-scale quality event catering to the likes of Formula One and FIFA. ADIFC has won many prestigious awards including the IATA In-flight Catering Gold and Silver Awards.

ADIFC was awarded the 2010 IATA Silver award for Best In-Flight Caterer (Middle East and Africa) following its earlier achievements of Gold in 2008 and Bronze in 2009. Our biggest customer, Etihad Airways, has also won a multitude of awards, from World’s Leading Airline to Best First Class Food. As the hub caterer for Etihad Airways, ADIFC is proud to have contributed to their success.

Abu Dhabi International Airport has a predicted double-digit growth in passenger volumes over the next 5 years, bucking the trend in the rest of the world. Therefore, it is important to have the right processes and, more importantly, the right people in place to ensure our own success and that of our customers. We have an extremely experienced and committed team in place that has a proven track record in delivering excellence, and working together to continuously deliver great results.
Our team is renowned for its high quality products, and specialises in several cuisines such as Arabic, Japanese, Oriental, Western and Indian. Alongside this, ADIFC has a fully functional bakery department and butchery to ensure the freshest and highest quality products at all times.
ADIFC also has success in providing large-scale event catering within the UAE, most notably in partnership with the Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Formula One Grand Prix in 2009 and 2010, as well as the FIFA Club World Cup. ADIFC continues to build professional relationships with customers to design and produce bespoke products to meet their needs.
The ADIFC catering facility is fully HACCP compliant and has regular customer audits to ensure food safety compliance at all times.
